You will join a specialised Belgian mutual insurer that supports healthcare professionals with insurance, pension and investment solutions throughout their careers. The organisation is strengthening how strategic initiatives are selected, managed and followed up, creating an opportunity to shape a central PMO function with impact across teams. You will work in an evolving, bilingual environment where clarity, collaboration and pragmatic governance are important.
Your Tasks
- Develop a consolidated overview of ongoing projects and strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain a central portfolio dashboard with reliable project data.
- Monitor progress, milestones, risks, dependencies and resource needs.
- Prepare clear portfolio reports and decision materials for leadership.
- Support teams in applying shared project standards, tools and governance.
- Coordinate quarterly prioritisation and facilitate portfolio review workshops.
- Follow up decisions and actions while encouraging collaboration across departments.
Your Skills
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Between three and five years of experience in PMO, project or portfolio management, consulting, or a related role.
- Experience with project governance, portfolio reporting and coordinating multiple initiatives.
- A structured and analytical approach, with the ability to turn complex information into clear insights.
- Confident communication and facilitation skills when working with leadership, project owners and teams.
- A proactive, hands-on and collaborative mindset, with the confidence to challenge constructively.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with portfolio tools is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good working knowledge of English.
