Your Impact

• As a Business Analyst Consultant, you'll work on projects at our clients, supported by experienced DynaFin colleagues.
• Analyse business needs and identify relevant AI use cases and opportunities within a Financial Services context
• Gather, challenge and translate needs into clear business and functional requirements (BRD/FRD), business rules and acceptance criteria
• Translate business challenges into fit-for-purpose AI solutions
• Act as the bridge between Business, IT and Data Science through workshops and project delivery
• Define scope, priorities and acceptance criteria
• Contribute to UAT, issue follow-up and go-live preparation

What you bring

• At least 4 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in Financial Services, with hands-on project experience mandatory
• Exposure to payments, investments, credit, risk or regulatory and compliance is a strong asset, as is experience on AI-related projects
• Ability to clarify business needs, structure requirements and work with Agile and Waterfall approaches
• Knowledge of BABOK, Archimate, BPMN, UML and tools such as Jira and Confluence; SAP experience is a strong plus
• Strong workshop facilitation, analysis and decision-making skills
• Structured, curious and autonomous, with a genuine interest in AI and technological developments
• Fluent in English; good command of Dutch or French mandatory
