Remote Security Engineering Manager — Devsecops Leader

EPI is building a new European payments system and seeks an Engineering Manager for Security to embed security at the core of our technology and culture. You will shape the team's vision, set clear goals, and drive continuous improvement across a Pan-European, remote engineering team. You will lead security and platform engineers across Europe, architect secure cloud environments, and ensure IAM robustness while supporting ISO 27001 and SOC 2 readiness in a fast-paced, agile environment.
