We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer for a modern manufacturing company specializing in high-precision plastic components. This is a long-term opportunity for professionals who want to build their career in Belgium.
Your Responsibilities
- Programming 5-axis CNC milling machines using TopSolid CAM
- Creating and optimizing CNC programs
- Setting up and launching new products into production
- Programming and machining molds and tooling
- Performing quality controls and preparing inspection reports
- Analyzing and improving machining processes
- Working closely with engineering and production departments
- Ensuring quality and production standards are met

- Full support during relocation and employment process Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a CNC programming role
- Experience with 5-axis CNC milling machines
- Experience with TopSolid CAM or similar CAM software
- Excellent knowledge of Siemens Sinumerik or Heidenhain controls
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with tooling, molds, and precision machining
- Strong technical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English (minimum B1 level)
- Ability to work independently and accurately
- European Union citizenship required Preferred Experience Experience with:
- 5-axis machining
- TopSolid CAM
- Process optimization
- Quality control and dimensional measurements
- Prototype and small-series production
- Mold manufacturing
