Functieomschrijving
  • Assisteren van de General Manager en het managementteam in dagelijkse activiteiten.
  • Beheren van agenda's en het plannen van reizen.
  • Organiseren van interne en externe evenementen en vergaderingen.
  • Kantoorbeheer, inclusief faciliteiten, kantoorinrichting en ondersteuning bij evenementen.
  • Verwerken van facturatie en algemene administratieve ondersteuning.
Profiel
  • Uitstekende kennis van Engels en een goede beheersing van Nederlands; Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
  • Sterk georganiseerd, proactief en positief ingesteld.
  • Discreet en betrouwbaar in het omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Vaardig in het werken met MS Office en andere administratieve tools.
