Main responsibilitiesResponding to and resolving incidents and outages of M365 and Azure services like Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Entra ID, etc...Assisting L1 and L2 support engineers, dealing with end-user queries and issues with mail, collaboration tools, authentication, etc.Guard services security and legal compliancy. This includes managing access controls, data protection, and vulnerability assessments.Continuously monitoring the performance and health of the M365 and Azure services, ensuring they meet the required standards and service level agreements (SLAs).Overseeing the lifecycle of the M365 and Azure services, including planning, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.Monitoring and optimizing the cost of the services to ensure they stay within budget. This includes analysing usage patterns and implementing cost saving measures.Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the service's efficiency, reliability, and user experience.Perform technical validations and service implementations for various projects.Working closely with other teams, such as development, operations, and security, to ensure the service integrates well with other systems and meets organizational goals.Articulate EU service and project needs to Honda's Global M365 administrators located in Hm Japan.Steer the Ho365 automation team who handles process automations like service enablement's, reconfigurations, etc. Mandatory qualifications, skills and experienceExpert knowledge of administrating Teams and SharePoint OnlineExpert knowledge of mail systems, mail delivery and mail security, including Microsoft Exchange Online with Online Protection and Exchange Edge (on-premises)Expert knowledge of Entra ID, AD Connect and ADFS (SAML)Expert knowledge of Power Platform, including Power BI and MS FabricGood knowledge of Microsoft EndPoint Protection and Intune MDMGood knowledge of Azure and all its services like DevOps, Devtest Labs, VM hosting, Key Vaults, etc.Good understanding of identity and access managementSolid PowerShell skillsSolid ITIL service management & SLA reporting experienceSolid understanding of SaaS, IaaS, PaaSExperience in managing 3rd parties and vendors DesirableGood understanding of Enterprise Architecture, Information architecture and Infrastructures/solutions architectureKnowledge about leading infrastructure products and vendorsHigh level of personal integrity, and the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and exude the appropriate level of judgment and maturityExcellent written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal and collaborative skills; and the ability to communicate network-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiencesAbility to translate business goals requirements issues into technical and service specificationsAbility to quickly assess the impact of technical issues on the business and make decisions appropriately is requiredCan work independently but is a team playerCan handle stress and complex environmentsresilient and eager to learn
