Senior Web Developer Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer to join a growing e-commerce technology team. This is an opportunity to work on high-traffic digital platforms, contribute to technical architecture decisions, and play a key role in delivering scalable, customer-focused web applications. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and help drive best practices across the development function.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#, .
NET, ASP.
NET, HTML5, TypeScript, and SQL.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and security.
- Conduct technical analysis, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement robust solutions.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks, including unit and end-to-end testing.
- Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvements in development standards and processes.
- Support the ongoing evolution of platform architecture, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify issues using logging, analytics, and monitoring tools.
- Work closely with Agile delivery teams to estimate work, prioritise tasks, and deliver sprint commitments.
- Mentor and support junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation. Required Skills &

Experience:
- Strong commercial experience with the Microsoft .
NET ecosystem, including C# and ASP.
NET.
- Solid understanding of modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL and stored procedures.
- Experience designing and developing scalable web-based applications.
- Understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
- Experience with Git-based version control systems and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Desirable

Skills:
- Experience with cloud technologies such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Cloud Run, Docker, and Terraform.
- Exposure to data, logging, and monitoring platforms such as BigQuery.
- Knowledge of SEO, website performance optimisation, page speed improvements, and responsive design principles.
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Candidate Profile:
