The role will be based in their office in Belgium.
This is a hands-on role supporting the execution of a wide range of communications activities across external, digital, and internal channels. The position offers exposure to a broad stakeholder landscape, including media, employees, and the healthcare community, and requires strong collaboration across teams and geographies.
The ideal candidate is proactive, meticulous, and passionate about storytelling, with the ability to deliver high-quality content in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
Corporate Communications ExecutionWork directly with the Reporting and Sustainability Lead and in partnership with the Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications and key stakeholders to execute Lakefront Biotherapeutics corporate communications activities and campaigns, including media relations, digital and social communications, internal communications, and public relations.
Support quarterly and yearly mandatory corporate communication activities, including earnings-related materials and key company announcements.
Content Development & MessagingAssist in drafting, editing, and securing approvals for communication materials, including news releases, scripts, presentations, Q&As, talking points, and annual report content.
Translate press releases into Dutch.
Ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment of messaging across channels.
Media, Digital & Channel ManagementHandle press release distribution.
Manage social media channels, including monthly planning calendars, content creation, and approval processes.
Design social media assets using company templates.
Website & Editorial ContentManage the company website, including content updates and mai
