Freelance Business Controller

Our client is an international fashion and apparel company with a strong presence across European markets. The Finance team is looking for additional support due to a temporary increase in workload and the upcoming annual budgeting cycle.

As a Freelance Business Controller your responsibilities are:

• Support month-end and year-end closing, including reconciliations and consolidation;
• Analyse revenue, margins, stocks and performance variances versus budget and previous years;
• Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and financial models;
• Prepare management and Board reporting, presentations and ad hoc financial analyses;
• Support cash flow forecasting and financial planning;
• Act as a business partner to commercial and operational teams;
• Challenge assumptions and contribute to business cases and investment decisions;
• Improve and automate controlling processes, reporting and financial tools;
