Senior SAS Platform Administrator & Developer (05 - 10 years experience)
Duration of the contract: 01-01-2027 till 31-12-2031
Hybrid Brussels
We are looking for an experienced Senior SAS Platform Administrator & Developer to join a large-scale Data & Analytics environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the SAS platform.
Configure, secure, and optimize SAS environments.
Monitor server activity and manage logging.
Manage users, roles, repositories, and metadata structures.
Establish and maintain connectivity with data sources.
Provide support to business and technical users.
Install and configure SAS 9 environments on Linux.
Perform code reviews and ensure development best practices.
Develop and maintain ETL processes using SAS and SAS Data Integration Studio.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Contribute to projects involving Python and R.
Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience with:
SAS Base
SAS Macro
SAS SQL
SAS Platform Administration
SAS Data Integration Studio
SAS 9.4
SAS Viya
At least 2 years of experience with:
Python
R
Linux Shell Scripting
Experience with OpenShift is an asset.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
Profile

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Team player with excellent communication abilities.
Comfortable working in complex enterprise environments.
Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
