This is a hands-on job for someone who likes the day to end with everything accounted for. You will keep the vehicles, the stock and the supply paperwork of a NATO agency office in Brussels running, working to the Principal Assistant for Supply and Transport. What you will be doing Looking after the vehicle fleet: roadworthiness inspections, damage investigation and repair recommendations Supporting lifecycle management of the vehicles, including research and recommendations on replacements Preparing the documentation for movement of material Keeping a working stock of consumable office supplies for the Brussels staff Assisting with the annual inventories, both expendable and non-expendable Day to day administration of the advance account, budget inputs and a recommended spending plan Reserving rental and agency vehicles, and verifying travel invoices in the finance system What you will need A good general secondary education and at least three years of relevant experience A valid driving licence and a clean record, covering vehicles up to eight passengers and small trailers International driving experience Excellent computer skills Nice to have Working knowledge of motor pool operations and supply or inventory work First aid at work training Previous experience in an international civilian and military environment Worth knowing before you apply Fully on-site in Brussels Roughly 418 hours from late September to the end of December 2026, so it is a defined piece of work rather than an open-ended post Practical detail Contract engagement Your CV may not be up to date.
