About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ERP Advisory (ERA) / Business Analyst with strong expertise in Odoo to support the design and implementation of global Odoo-based ERP solutions. The position is focused on defining the architectural vision, developing and enhancing the overall system architecture, and conducting in-depth analysis of business processes, organisational structures, information systems and corporate data flows. The successful candidate will contribute to the successful implementation of an Odoo-based ERP solution designed to address the business needs of an international organization.

Key Responsibilities
The consultant will be responsible for: 1. ERP Solution Advisory
- Identify and deploy a global, out-of-the-box ERP solution (custom) based on Odoo (v13).
- Assess how the solution can address the business needs of the different sites and departments.
- Cover a broad range of administrative processes, including: Human Resources, Finance, Contracts and procurement, Logistics, Real estate and facilities, Service vehicle fleet management 2. Architectural Vision & Elaboration
- Define and develop the overall architectural vision for the ERP solution.
- Translate business requirements into coherent functional and technical architecture.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, information systems and the proposed Odoo solution. 3. Architecture Development & Enhancement
- Identify architectural gaps, dependencies, risks and opportunities for improvement. 4. Organisational Analysis
- Analyse organisational structures and their impact on business processes and information systems.
- Identify opportunities for harmonisation and optimisation across Headquarters and Delegations. 5. Information Systems Portfolio Analysis
- Analyse the existing information systems portfolio.
- Assess the role of existing applications in relation to the target ERP landscape. 6. Corporate Data Flow Analysis
- Analyse data flows across business processes and information systems.
- Identify data dependencies, interfaces, integration requirements and potential data-quality issues.
- Contribute to the definition of a consistent and efficient enterprise data architecture. 8. Cost / Benefit Analysis
- Assess the costs, benefits and potential business value of proposed ERP solutions and architectural choices.
- Support decision-making through structured business cases and recommendations. Candidate Profile
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including a relevant university degree (for example : bachelor (3y) + 4 years of experience is sufficiant).
- Strong experience in ERP advisory, business analysis and/or enterprise architecture.
- Proven expertise with Odoo ERP, including its functional capabilities and architecture.
- Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and information systems.
- Experience analysing organisational structures, application portfolios and data flows.
- Experience with ERP implementation or transformation programmes in complex organisations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and operate in an international environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Fluent English is required, french is a strong asset. Contract Details
