Analyze budget variances and challenge or advise budget holders
Identify opportunities to optimize costs and implement improvements
Actively contribute to the monthly closing process with a focus on production costs and SG&A
Report monthly group results and various KPIs
Ensure all processes comply with J-SOX and other internal control frameworks
Translate complex financial data into clear and actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders

Higher education degree in a financial field
Preferably, initial experience as a controller or within audit
Advanced knowledge of Excel; experience with SAP and Power BI is a strong asset
Critical and proactive mindset; not afraid to challenge the status quo
Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade
Fluent in Dutch and English
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to separate key issues from less relevant details
A team player who contributes to an open, constructive, and positive team atmosphere
