We are seeking a Business/System Analyst with expertise in Quality of Service (QoS) and non-retail projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of financial products, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between financial concepts and software design. The role requires proactive problem-solving and the capability to work independently. Key responsibilitiesAnalyze and document business requirements for non-retail financial projects, focusing on Quality of Service (QoS)Develop clear, concise documentation to describe financial flows and system interactionsMAP complex financial concepts to existing software designs and frameworksCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of project goalsInvestigate and resolve issues autonomously, ensuring continuity of serviceProvide subject matter expertise on financial market instruments and their application within software systems Qualifications Core knowledgeDeep understanding of financial products and concepts, including rate curves, volatility, bonds, SWAPs, options, and moreFamiliarity with financial operations, such as trade vs. instrument concepts, collateral management, SWIFT messaging, payment processing, and custodian/clearinghouse workflows (preferred) Technical skillsAbility to translate financial concepts into software design and system requirementsProficiency in documenting and describing financial workflows clearly and effectively Mindset and approachStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions for financial market-related issuesProactive and independent work style with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement Preferred skillsExperience with the FA (FIS Frontarena) tool is an advantage What we offerA dynamic, challenging role in a fast-paced environmentOpportunities to work on impactful financial projectsA supportive team with opportunities for professional growth If you are passionate about financial markets and technology and thrive on solving complex problems, we encourage you to apply
