Senior AI Engineer - Consultant
Permanent. Language: French or Dutch + English.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Way: Design, deploy and monitor advanced analytical models tailored to meet client needs, from proof‑of‑concepts to large‑scale implementations.
- Get Creative: Work on projects involving NLP, generative AI, optimization, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics using cutting‑edge techniques.
- Mentor and Collaborate: Share expertise with junior data scientists and collaborate across cross‑functional teams, integrating data‑driven solutions into client operations.
- Engage with Clients: Present findings and strategic recommendations, translating complex concepts into actionable insights, building strong client relationships.

Your technical expertise:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in IT or a related technical field.
- 5 to 8 years of AI experience, including at least one generative AI project and a proven track record of leading complex projects.
- Expert in Python and strong SQL skills.
- Experience with MLOps: deployment and monitoring of AI models at scale using Docker, ML pipelines.
- Knowledge of generative AI, regression, classification, NLP, clustering/segmentation.
- Experience with Azure or GCP for AI projects.
- Experience leveraging generative AI tools or developing projects using Gen AI.
- Business understanding and problem‑solving: ability to grasp business requirements and refine algorithms accordingly.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of DevOps methodologies (CI/CD, Terraform) and good coding practices.
