- Roles and Responsibilities /p ul liAs part of the bCIAO Catena program /b, we are looking for consultants to strengthen the existing delivery teams involved in the development, integration, and evolution of critical public sector digital services. /li liThe CIAO Catena initiative aims to support the digital transformation of public administrations through the implementation of interoperable, secure, and scalable solutions facilitating laboration and information exchange between organizations. The program includes the development of new functionalities, the enhancement of existing platforms, and the adoption of modern software engineering practices. /li /ul pbKey activities include: /b /p ul liDevelopment and maintenance of business-critical applications and shared services. /li liIntegration with internal and external systems through APIs and service-oriented architectures. /li liModernization, optimization, and continuous improvement of existing applications and technical platforms. /li liContribution to the implementation of secure and resilient digital services supporting public sector organizations. /li /ul pbResponsibilities /b /p ul liDevelopment and maintenance of business applications and shared digital services. /li liDevelopment of application components, APIs, and web services. /li liContribute to the design of application architecture and technical building blocks in laboration with technical leads and solution architects. /li liParticipate in technical workshops, Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and stakeholder meetings. /li liSupport testing activities, technical documentation, deployments, quality assurance, monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements. /li liEnsure adherence to security, performance, interoperability, and quality standards. /li liCode review /li /ul pbExperience /b /p ul liMinimum 7 years of professional experience in Java software developmentb. /b /li liMinimum 5 years of professional experience in Application architecture /li liExperience working in complex multi-system environments and large-scale digital transformation projects. /li liExperience in public sector environments is considered an asset. /li liProven experience in Agile delivery environments. /li /ul pbTechnical knowledge and practical experience of the following technologies: /b /p ul liJava = 21 and Spring Framework (Core, JDBC, Data, Security, AOP) /li liJPA / Hibernate /li liRESTful Web Services /li liKeycloak, Lombok, MapStruct /li liAngular 20 /li liMaven /li liDocker /li liGit and GitLab CI/CD /li liSonarQube /li liNPM /li liOAuth 2.0 /li liFlyway or Liquibase /li liPostgreSQL, SQL Server and relational databases /li liBPMN and UML /li liJira and Confluence /li liContinuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) /li /ul
