Your role will be shaped around your talents and experience, whether in our project division, product division, or our supporting services, we focus on your career /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 pAs an experienced Solution Manager, your role is pivotal in supporting the sales process by providing functional and technical advice to our clients. Working closely with the Solution Director and the sales team, you understand client needs and effectively communicate product features and benefits. You prepare tailor‑made demos for each prospect and support the sales team during demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solution, driving customer engagement and satisfaction. In addition, you collaborate with the solutions team throughout all required activities of the commercial process and work with the operations teams to gather the information needed to support accurate proposals. /p h3Your Profile /h3 ul liConsulting skills with the ability to interact positively with customers, build and maintain relationships, and understand customer needs to provide solution advice /li liStrong communication skills with the ability to give presentations and tailored product demonstrations during the sales cycle, both online and in person at customer sites /li liAbility to collaborate effectively with the product and delivery department /li liExperience within enterprise software or IT is required; familiarity with the energy and utility industry is a strong plus /li liA strong analytical and commercial mindset, combining strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach /liliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred /li liStrong command of Dutch; good knowledge of English required; French is a plus /li /ul h3We Offer /h3 ul liA good bwork-life /b balance in a team culture built on trust. /li liThe possibility and bfreedom /b to work on international projects. /li liReal bcareer opportunities /b: Whether you want to become an expert or grow into a management role,the choice is yours /li liSupport from a personal coach and our knowledge center. /li /ul /p
