WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an Business Analyst Advanced with solid experience in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
You will join an innovative international project with an international organization.
Business Analyst Advanced for DG EAC, supporting the development and maintenance of solutions for Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps. The role will cover grant cycle management, reporting, stakeholder coordination, requirements analysis, processes, UAT and digital transformation.
Essential Requirements
- EQF Level 7 and at least 10 years’ IT experience, or EQF Level 6 and at least 12 years’ IT experience.
- English at C1 level
- 10 years’ experience in functional and business analysis, and in requirements elicitation and management.
- 5 years’ experience in public grant/funding management systems handling high volumes of applications and projects.
- 5 years’ experience developing or maintaining multilingual web applications, localised into more than 10 languages.
- 5 years’ experience with PM²-Agile.
Additional Relevant Skills
- BABOK, IEEE 29148, BPMN/UML, Visio, Lucidchart, Axure, Balsamiq, Pencil, Confluence and SharePoint.
- Jira/GitLab, epics and user stories, Agile/Scrum/Waterfall/RUP/ITIL.
- Administrative and grant management systems, public sector processes, UAT, NFR, risks, BRD and functional specifications.
