This is a permanent opportunity offering full relocation support and visa sponsorship for candidates based outside Belgium. The role is suited to a consultant with strong SAP Project Systems (PS) expertise who has been involved in at least one full lifecycle implementation and is looking to step into or continue within a Team Lead or Manager-level position. You will work closely with business stakeholders, lead project workstreams, and support SAP transformation programmes across multiple implementations. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead SAP PS workstreams across implementation and transformation projects. /li liGather and analyse business requirements from key stakeholders. /li liConfigure and customise SAP PS solutions to meet business needs. /li liManage the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to go-live and hypercare support. /li liProvide functional expertise and best practice guidance to customers and internal teams. /li liLead and mentor junior consultants and project team members. /li liFacilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders. /li liSupport testing, training, deployment and change management activities. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to deliver integrated solutions. /li /ul h3Required Experience /h3 h3Essential /h3 ul liStrong experience as an SAP PS Consultant. /li liMinimum of one full end-to-end SAP implementation project. /li liExperience across the full SAP project lifecycle. /li liHands-on SAP PS configuration experience. /li liStrong stakeholder management and business-facing consulting skills. /li liExperience leading teams, workstreams or projects. /li liFluent English communication skills. /li liAbility to work in a hybrid environment from Brussels. /li /ul h3Desirable /h3 ul liExperience leading larger SAP delivery teams. /li liExposure to multiple SAP implementations. /li liPrevious consulting background. /li liSAP S/4HANA project experience. /li liEngineering, manufacturing, utilities, construction or project-based industry experience. /li liAdditional European languages. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 ul liTeam Lead, Lead Consultant or Manager-level SAP professional. /li liStrong business engagement and stakeholder management capability. /li liComfortable working between business and technical teams. /li liProven ability to guide customers through SAP transformation programmes. /li liCollaborative, consultative and delivery-focused approach. /li /ul h3What's on Offer /h3 ul liPermanent employment with a competitive package. /li liHybrid working model. /li liRelocation support to Brussels, Belgium. /li liVisa sponsorship for eligible candidates. /li liOpportunity to join a growing SAP practice working on strategic transformation programmes. /li liLeadership responsibilities and career progression opportunities. /li /ul /p
