Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant OMP you will support and (co-)lead project delivery teams improving our client’s business performance, in line with our Exceptional Client Service approach, while helping to grow our practice outside of your client work. Examples of existing activities to participate in (non-exhaustive):OMP design & requirements analysis, including user story writing (OMP is an advanced planning software solution)Sprint configuration and testingOptimize client’s processes & standards in line with the OMP industry templateTraining activitiesTransformation management: engagement with both IT and business stakeholders at multiple levelsDeployment of the client’s OMP template where you will gradually increase your responsibility over the course of the wave deploymentsDefine improvements together with the client and coordinate from initial workshop to launch in OMP Production environmentContinuously learn & celebrate successes with our fantastic clients, partners and your colleaguesYou will work independently as well as in teams. You will coach and support consultants and client team members, perform analyses and report findings and results. You will share your expertise with about 40 other colleagues in the Supply Chain & Operations team of EY Belgium.

Your Profile
You have:A master’s degree, preferably Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or LogisticsResidence in Belgium required2-5 years of experience in supply chain planning (e.g. demand planning, supply planning & scheduling, S&OP,..) preferably with prior consultancy experienceYou are familiar with OMP planning technology (as a key user
- involved in OMP deployment through projects and/or support services – other relevant exposure) OR you have a strong desire to learn itYou are hands-on and results-orientedEntrepreneurial spirit & Intrinsic motivation to help establish and strengthen relationships with our clientsFluent written and spoken English, French and/or DutchExcellent analytical skills, drive, enthusiasm, conceptual thinking, communication and influencing skills, and pragmatism in executionIdeally, you’ll also haveStrong affinity with AI and genuine interest in applying new AI trends in a professional contextOMP certificationAPICS certification Project management certification such as Prince2 or PMP is a plusExperience working with other specialized APS solutions including o9, Kinaxis, BlueYonder or otherAny other additional Supply Chain, Project Management, Data & Analytics
