The Director of HCC Data Management & Technology Operations is a strategic leadership role within the global Health Care Compliance (HCC) organization. This position provides global oversight and strategic direction for compliance data management and technology initiatives, enabling the effective execution of the company’s compliance framework and program worldwide. The Director drives innovation in compliance systems and analytics, ensuring that quality data, advanced analytics, and modern technology solutions support critical compliance activities such as global transparency reporting, anti-corruption monitoring (e.g. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act FCPA), third-party risk management, and other key compliance processes. As a senior member of the HCC leadership team, this role has a broad global scope, requiring close collaboration across regions and functions to maintain consistent, efficient, and proactive compliance program operations. The Director’s work is pivotal to strengthening the compliance program’s data-driven insights, enhancing risk detection capabilities, and embedding compliance controls into enterprise systems from a “compliance by design” perspective.

Key Responsibilities

Provide global leadership and oversight for HCC data management and technology operations, driving operational excellence and consistent execution of the company’s compliance program across all sectors and regions. This includes modernizing compliance data systems and analytics capabilities to enhance risk management, ensure timely and accurate compliance reporting, and support proactive monitoring of compliance risks across the enterprise. Support global transparency reporting and disclosures to meet diverse reporting requirements. Partner with the Transparency Reporting team to maintain a high standard of data quality and compliance in all submissions.
