The Feature Engineer chapter serves as a centre of expertise, translating business needs into scalable, compliant, and future-proof solutions while promoting consistency and collaboration across the organisation. /p pYou are responsible for growing talent, strengthening product delivery capabilities, and ensuring alignment between business priorities, architecture, risk, financial objectives, and technology strategy. /p pYou will work alongside Product Leads, Engineering Leads, Architects, Risk, Finance, and global colleagues, with access to specialist expertise across the organisation. /p pThe chapter operates across a broad portfolio including Signing, Global Content Interaction, Active Dossier Management, Workflow Management, Storage, Archiving and strategic simplification and migration initiatives. /p pAs a Chapter Lead, you combine people leadership, delivery expertise, strategic thinking, financial awareness, and risk management to help ECA deliver sustainable business outcomes. /p h3About ECA BE /h3 pEnterprise Content Automation Belgium (ECA BE) is part of the Global Tribe Enterprise Content Automation (ECA).
