Kruisem 🕓 Full-time The Maintenance Department currently plays a key role in successfully supporting the growing production entities of the REAZN Group in Kruisem. Due to the expansion of the plant leadership team, REAZN is looking for a Maintenance Manager. The mission of this role is to manage maintenance processes and ensure that the machinery, equipment, and infrastructure continue to operate at optimal performance levels. The Maintenance Manager will ensure that all maintenance activities and processes are aligned with the company's objectives. What will be your responsibilities? Operational and Organizational

Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance department workforce (planning, organisation, etc.).
- Drive employee development by identifying competency needs, conducting performance and development discussions, and working closely with the HR department to define and implement training and development plans that support both individual growth and organizational objectives.
- Lead and participate in management-level meetings.
- In close collaboration with Production, take responsibility for the medium
- and long-term planning of all preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to production equipment and buildings, ensuring that work is carried out correctly and that any deviations are properly addressed.
- Work closely with the OT and Project Departments to ensure alignment between maintenance, automation, and capital investment projects, supporting the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the plant.
- Ensure that all machinery operates in compliance with applicable regulations, that mandatory periodic inspections are completed, and that resulting action plans are effectively implemented.
- Define, monitor, and report on maintenance KPIs.
- Improve the efficiency and reliability of existing installations through methodologies such as root cause analysis (RCA, 8D, PCDA...), while contributing to the design and implementation of new installations.
- Schedule interventions by external contractors in coordination with Operations Manager.
- Maintain and update technical documentation.
- Manage spare parts inventory.
- Oversee company resources, including personnel, budgets, technical assets, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Source and procure technical equipment and materials in collaboration with suppliers and with support from the Purchasing Department. Leadership

Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and coach a multidisciplinary maintenance team of approximately 15 employees, including a Storekeeper, Operations Assistant, technical specialists, and Team Leaders.
- Ensure the safe and efficient execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities within a 24/7 manufacturing environment operating with a 24/5 maintenance shift system.
- Drive employee development, performance, engagement, and continuous improvement within the maintenance organization.
- Provide leadership and direction to the maintenance team to achieve operational, safety, and reliability objectives.
- Contribute to the plant's strategic goals as a member of the Plant Leadership Team.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and asset reliability across the organization.
- Support long-term maintenance strategies to maximize equipment performance, availability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, optimize maintenance activities, and enhance overall plant performance. What do we expect from you?
- Proven experience in a heavy industrial environment, preferably within the metallurgical sector.
- Experience working in a continuous operation or three-shift manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to build strong relationships with shop-floor teams and maintain a visible, approachable presence.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders, including Team leaders and technicians, management, production, QHSE, and logistics teams.
- Hands-on maintenance professional with solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Comfortable working on the shop floor, support
