This is an AI Augmented position: you are expected to actively leverage AI tools and techniques to accelerate development, improve code quality, and drive innovation across the software development lifecycle. /p h3Mission /h3 ulliDesign and lead the architectural strategy for cloud-native applications, ensuring high availability, scalability, and resilience inhybrid or multi-cloud environments. /li liDrive application modernization initiatives, migrating legacy monolithic systems to microservices, serverless, or containerized architectures. /li liDesign flexible and well-structured back-end architectures using modern cloud services and patterns (event-driven, CQRS, domain-driven design). /li liChampion DevOps/DevSecOps culture: automate CI/CD pipelines, integrate security into the build process, and promote infrastructure-as-code practices. /li liLeverage AI-assisted software engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Antigravity, Google Gemini, Claude) to optimize the SDLC and enhance developer productivity. /li liIntegrate AI/ML capabilities into cloud-native solutions — including LLM-powered features, RAG architectures, AI agents, and intelligent automation. /li liTranslate business goals into technical roadmaps and advise clients on cloud adoption and AI integration strategies. /li liParticipate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality deliverables. /li liProvide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. /li liCommunicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, clearly explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ulliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. /li liDeep understanding of software design patterns, principles, and architectural styles (microservices, event-driven, SOA, clean architecture). /li liStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies. /li liSolid grasp of security concepts, compliance standards, and DevSecOps best practices. /li liExcellent communication and leadership skills — ability to lead technical workshops, present to C-level stakeholders, and mentor teams. /li liGenuine curiosity and enthusiasm for AI — you actively experiment with AI tools and stay on top of the latest developments in generative AI, LLMs, and AI-assisted engineering. /li liWillingness to continuously learn and obtain certifications in cloud technologies and AI. /li liFluency in Dutch or French, and English. /li /ul h3Technical Requirements /h3 h3Languages Cloud Platforms /h3 ulliProgramming Languages — Java, Python, C#/.
