Key Responsibilities
Support the transition of the ServiceNow HRSD platform into operational mode Stabilize and optimize existing HR service catalog solutions Configure and enhance ServiceNow HRSD functionalities Implement and improve HR processes and workflows Develop and maintain platform customizations using JavaScript Provide support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement Ensure proper documentation and operational procedures are maintained Transfer knowledge to internal ServiceNow teams and support capability building Contribute to platform governance, architecture, and integration with other enterprise systems Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and business users HR Service Domains Personal data management Career management

and absences Well-being and employee support Salary, allowances, and expenses Diplomatic mobility services Required Skills & Experience Strong expertise in: ServiceNow platform administration and development ServiceNow HRSD module Architecture, integration, and workflow development JavaScript development within ServiceNow Experience with operational transition and knowledge transfer activities Experience within public sector environments is considered an advantage Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-oriented mindset Required Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Languages Dutch: Active knowledge French: Active knowledge English: Active knowledge Additional Requirements Willingness to undergo a security screening and/or security clearance procedure Belgian nationality required Candidates should currently reside in Belgium Work Conditions Hybrid working model Location Brussels
