ph3What does a Corporate Performance Management Expert do at skeyes? /h3pYou are responsible for developing, maintaining and improving a reliable framework for corporate performance. You ensure that all relevant indicators are identified, set up and correctly monitored. You translate data and insights in a clear manner to various stakeholders and ensure efficient and accurate reporting. /ph3Follow up corporate performance /h3ullideveloping, maintaining and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) at corporate level; /lilisupporting the implementation of a performance dashboard; /liliensuring data quality and reliable monitoring; /liliclosely coordinating with internal departments and operational colleagues. /li /ulh3Reporting and advice to management /h3ullisystematic reporting via the Performance Sustainable Aviation Manager to the Executive Committee and relevant managers; /lilipreparing periodic corporate performance reports for the Executive Committee and relevant managers; /lilipreparing meetings and drawing up minutes; /liliformulating recommendations and improvement initiatives. /li /ulh3Communication stakeholder management /h3ullitranslating technical data into understandable and relevant insights; /lilianswering questions from internal and external partners; /lilisharing lessons learned and best practices; /lilirepresenting the company in internal, national and international meetings (after settling-in period). /li /ulh3Strategic support /h3ullihelping to define realistic but ambitious performance targets; /liliactively participating in the development of performance plans; /lilibuilding an organisation-wide framework that integrates all strategic domains. /liliBusiness Support /liliSteenokkerzeel /li /ulh3Candidate profile /h3h3What makes you the perfect Corporate Performance Management Expert? /h3ulliyou preferably have a relevant master's degree (in data management, marketing, finance or a similar field), or you have a bachelor's degree supplemented with at least five years of relevant experience. Specific aviation knowledge is not a requirement, as you will receive in-company training; /liliyou combine strong technical skills – including advanced knowledge of Excel and a solid command of Power BI (programming knowledge is an asset) – with fluent use of PowerPoint and clear, accurate written communication. /liliIn addition, you express yourself professionally in English and French and/or Dutch. /liliYou bring the following strengths to the role : /liullianalytical expertise: you make connections between data, understand indicators and interpret them correctly; /liliknowledge of performance and KPIs: you have experience in setting up, monitoring and improving KPI frameworks; /lilicommunication
