Sia is looking for bright and dynamic Senior consultants committed to building relationships and delivering results. You will be involved in different projects and you will mainly work on the following topics:Identify the work processes and propose solutions to simplify and improve themImplement the solutions in agreement with the clientManage the clients in the change and coach them in improving their performanceAs fast as possible, you will take up team leadership roles by coaching new hires and juniors. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,…) within the business units of the different industries we serve.

QualificationsMaster Business Engineering, Management, Civil Engineering, or similar2 to 6 years’ experience as consultantOutstanding collaborative team player and good communication skillsLean, Green Belt or Black Belt certificationAnalytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusionsAutonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committedYou have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
