Senior Full-Stack Java Developer on Azure

h3Function /h3pWe're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our client's technology team and contribute to the development of modern web applications running on Azure Kubernetes Service. Depending on your expertise and the needs of the teams, you may work on customer-facing applications, shared IT services, data-driven solutions or technical initiatives that can be rolled out across multiple development teams. /ppYou'll work in an Agile environment and combine hands-on development with technical exploration, proof-of-concepts and continuous improvement. Strong experience with Java 17 or 21 is essential, while knowledge of the Azure ecosystem is a significant advantage. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ullipDevelop and maintain modern web applications and supporting services in an Azure-based environment. /p /lilipBuild scalable and maintainable backend services using Java and Spring Boot. /p /lilipDevelop responsive front-end applications using Angular and modern web technologies. /p /lilipDesign and consume RESTful APIs and contribute to API-first development. /p /lilipDevelop and maintain microservices and cloud-native solutions running on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). /p /lilipContribute to shared technical solutions, development frameworks and reusable components. /p /lilipInvestigate new technologies and technical approaches through proof-of-concepts and prototypes. /p /lilipContribute to initiatives around AI, development tooling, testing frameworks and technical innovation. /p /lilipWork closely with product teams and other developers to translate functional and technical requirements into robust solutions. /p /lilipApply software engineering best practices around version control, testing, CI/CD and code quality. /p /lilipContribute to architectural and data-related topics where required. /p /li /ulh3Technical Profile /h3pYou have strong professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with expert-level knowledge of Java and solid experience across modern web development technologies. /ppKey expertise includes: /pullipExpert knowledge of Java, preferably Java 17 or 21. /p /lilipStrong experience with Spring and Spring Boot. /p /lilipStrong Angular and HTML5 skills. /p /lilipAdvanced knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services. /p /lilipExperience with microservices and cloud-native application development. /p /lilipGood knowledge of Azure and Azure DevOps. /p /lilipExperience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Docker. /p /lilipStrong understanding of Git, Maven, JUnit and Hibernate. /p /lilipExperience with MS SQL Server and relational data environments. /p /lilipKnowledge of Node.js, OAuth and OpenAPI. /p /lilipFamiliarity with reactive programming and RxJS is an advantage. /p /lilipExperience with Spring Batch is a plus. /p /lilipKnowledge of data architecture, GIS and GIS data types is an advantage. /p /lilipInterest or experience in AI-related technologies and their practical application in software development. /p /li /ulh3Profile /h3pYou are an experienced developer who enjoys working on technically challenging projects and collaborating with Agile product teams.
