Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a motivated professional to join their advanced analytical characterization team. This laboratory-based role involves developing innovative imaging solutions for active pharmaceutical ingredients and complex drug delivery systems.
Develop and validate MRI methods for pharmaceutical materials, formulations, and dosage forms.
Establish imaging workflows complementary to CT scan analysis for water ingress and hydration kinetics.
Assess coating integrity, permeability, and delayed-release behavior of capsules and tablets.
Visualize device functionality for drug-delivery systems including internal movement and fluid distribution.
Monitor sedimentation and resuspendability of suspensions and dispersed systems.
Translate imaging data into actionable insights for formulation and process development teams.
Maintain a safe laboratory environment in compliance with GMP and health regulations.
You possess a Master or PhD in Physics, Chemistry, or a related field with an affinity for complex instrumentation.
You have hands-on experience with pre-clinical MRI instrumentation.
You bring experience in interpreting imaging and spectroscopic data to provide technical insights.
You possess knowledge of organic chemistry.
You are a proactive and creative professional with strong scientific curiosity.
You are fluent in English.
Nice to HavesExperience with solid-state NMR.
Willingness to perform solid-state NMR experiments.
