Title: Lead Biostatistician
Location:
Belgium (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ months Hours Per Week: 40 Role Overview: Our client is looking for an experienced Lead Biostatistician to support clinical development programs within a global healthcare organization. The role focuses on leading the statistical design, analysis, and interpretation of clinical trial data while partnering closely with clinical, programming, and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include contributing to study design discussions, performing sample size calculations, reviewing statistical outputs, supporting regulatory deliverables, and providing guidance to junior statisticians. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating independently and serving as a statistical leader within multidisciplinary project teams. Required
Skills:
PhD in Statistics or Biostatistics with industry-based clinical trial experience Strong expertise in clinical trial design, statistical analysis, regulatory submissions, and CDISC and ADaM standards Experience leading statistical activities and collaborating with clinical and programming teams Nice to Have: Electrophysiology experience Cardiovascular clinical research experience Prior mentorship or leadership of junior statisticians
