Role Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects in Belgium. Reporting to the Project Director and Construction Director, the Senior Project Manager will have overall responsibility for project planning, commercial performance, programme management, client engagement, safety, quality and team leadership throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to deliver complex projects safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

¢ Lead the overall delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover. â€
¢ Develop and manage project execution strategies, programmes and delivery plans. â€
¢ Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and in accordance with contractual obligations. â€
¢ Provide leadership and direction to multidisciplinary project teams, consultants and subcontractors. â€
¢ Manage project budgets, forecasts, procurement strategies and cost control measures. â€
¢ Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact for project delivery matters. â€
¢ Monitor project performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation strategies where required. â€
¢ Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards and statutory requirements. â€
¢ Lead project reporting activities and provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders. â€
¢ Drive a positive project culture focused on collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement. â€
¢ Support commercial and contractual management activities, including change management and dispute resolution where necessary. â€
¢ Promote and champion a strong health, safety and wellbeing culture across all project activities. â€
¢ Ensure successful project commissioning, handover and close-out. Qualifications, Skills & Experience â€
¢ Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline. â€
¢ Minimum 10 years' experience managing large-scale construction projects. â€
¢ Proven experience delivering complex projects within mission-critical, data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical or advanced manufacturing environments. â€
¢ Strong understanding of project controls, commercial management, contract administration and risk management. â€
¢ Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholder groups. â€
¢ Excellent leadership, communication and client relationship management skills. â€
¢ Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, health and safety requirements and quality management systems. â€
¢ Experience working within an international project environment is advantageous. â€
¢ Fluent English is essential; Dutch and/or French would be advantageous. Professional Memberships & Certifications The following qualifications would be advantageous: â€
