We're looking for a senior process expert to improve end-to-end international and FX payments. You'll reduce friction from pre-validation to post-processing through process changes, technology and potential AI solutions.
What you'll do
- Identify root causes of inefficiencies in international payment flows.
- Model payment processes and identify improvements.
- Coordinate cross-border improvements with stakeholders and correspondent banks.
- Deliver payment process changes on time and within scope.
- Share knowledge and help teams adopt changes.
What you bring
- At least five years of experience in international payments.
- Proven business and process analysis and change management experience.
- Detailed knowledge of payment flows from initiator to final beneficiary.
- Experience with process modelling tools and flow charts.
- Strong MS Office and data analytics skills.
- Understanding of IT architecture and workflow processes.
- Project management experience and knowledge of its principles.
- Knowledge of process improvement methods and techniques.
- Structured, analytical thinking and practical problem-solving.
- Independent working, stakeholder alignment and attention to detail.
- Negotiation, persuasion and teamwork skills; flexibility towards change.
- Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- French, C1, written and spoken.
- English, C1, written and spoken.
- Dutch, C1, written and spoken.
Nice to have
- AI experience in end-to-end international payment flows.
- Experience working with front-to-back teams and IT/AI teams.
- Experience with straight-through processing (STP).
Good to know
- Occasional travel to Paris.
