ppWe are looking for a Senior Manager in AI Governance who can help organizations make sense of the EU AI Act and translate it into something that actually works in practice. /p pYou’ll operate at the intersection of regulation, business and technology, advising clients on responsible AI, setting up governance frameworks, and guiding them from initial assessment to real implementation. /p pThis is far more than a compliance role. You will help organizations unlock the value of AI by translating regulatory requirements into practical, scalable, and future-proof solutions. In addition, the role includes a commercial component, where you will support business development efforts, contribute to client discussions, and help grow the AI governance practice. /p pYou’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, combining content expertise, client advisory and delivering leadership to build long-term AI governance capabilities. At the same time, you help grow the practice and shape how we support clients in this space. /p h3Requirements /h3 pYour expertise /p ul li8–15+ years in consulting, risk, or regulatory environments /li liStrong experience in AI Governance / Responsible AI / AI Risk /li liSolid understanding of the EU AI Act /li liGood to solid understanding of the different types of AI including data science, machine learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI . /li liProven track record in assessments, transformations, and stakeholder management /li liStrong interest in data governance, security, and compliance /li liLanguages: Fluent in English and Dutch , with a good understanding of French. /li /ul pWhat sets you apart /p ul liCommercial mindset ability to grow client relationships /li liComfortable advising executives and boards /li liPragmatic, hands‑on, and solution‑oriented /li liPassion for responsible AI and emerging regulations . /li liAbility to see the bigger picture whereby the AI Act relates to other digital and data regulations. /li /ul pReady to make an impact?br/Let’s talk. /p /p
