Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 to 10 years in a similar HR leadership role within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in negociations with Works Council, Unions, etc.
  • Familiarity with a matrix organization, working effectively at both local and group levels.
  • Bilingual in French and English, Dutch is a plus.
  • A team player with strong communication skills, assertiveness, discretion, and integrity.
  • Resilient under pressure, proactive, and solution-oriented.
