Larian Studios in Gent, Belgium, is seeking an RPG Designer to join the worldbuilding team. You will design narrative and gameplay content, shaping world and characters to deliver memorable adventures while collaborating with other departments in an agile environment.
You will lead creative elements, craft solutions to design challenges, and ensure high quality across quests, dialogs and areas, while keeping player motivations at the forefront.
