Your role will be shaped around your talents and experience, whether in our project division, product division, or our supporting services, we focus on your career /ph3Your Responsibilities /h3pAs a Service Delivery Manager, you support services for one or more existing MECOMS customers, with a clear focus on maximizing customer value. You monitor scope, budget, quality, planning, risks, and resources to ensure the successful execution of all assigned support services. You lead a dedicated team of consultants and apply Ferranti’s proven project and support methodologies to deliver streamlined operations, measurable results, and high customer satisfaction. /ph3Your Profile /h3ulliAt least 2–3 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager or Project Manager in an IT software environment (preferably ERP) /liliStrong understanding of business processes and familiarity with methodologies such as Agile and ITIL /liliCommercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and manage expectations /liliExcellent communication skills, able to deliver clear messages and build consensus across stakeholders /liliConfident in managing administrative tasks and engaging with customers and subcontractors /liliSkilled at bridging business and IT and aligning diverse teams /liliStructured, analytical, and able to build trust through a professional and reliable approach /liliFluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus /liliExperience in the Energy Utilities sector is a strong asset /li /ulh3We offer /h3ulliA good bwork-life /b balance in a team culture built on trust. /liliThe possibility and bfreedom /b to work on international projects. /liliReal bcareer opportunities /b: Whether you want to become an expert or grow into a management role, the choice is yours /liliSupport from a personal coach and our knowledge center. /li /ul /p
