You will provide onsite system configuration support including pre-installation, installation, training, troubleshooting, and post implementation activities. You will work closely with onsite Siemens Healthineers management and first, second, and third shift personnel, responding to complex system issues requiring onsite presence and advanced troubleshooting. You'll interact routinely with Laboratory Managers, Supervisors, IT Administrators, LIS vendors, and 3rd party middleware partners. /p pThis role is best suited for someone who has IT experience in a medical setting.
