You’ll be part of a company that prioritizes quality, integrity, collaboration, and customer care, with the resources, training, and incentives to ensure your success every step of the way. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Business Partnering /h3ulliAct as the trusted finance partner to business leaders across Commercial Fire and Security within EMEA ANZ region. /liliSupport strategic decision-making through financial analysis, insights, and recommendations. /liliSupport monthly forecasting, annual operating plan, and long-range planning processes for assigned business units. /liliConduct variance analysis against forecast, budget, and prior year performance. /liliIdentify risks and opportunities and support action planning to achieve business objectives. /liliPrepare financial presentations and reporting packages for senior management. /liliWork closely with the CFO EMEA ANZ Commercial Fire Security to provide financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and drive performance across the region. /li /ulh3Commercial Profitability Analysis /h3ulliAnalyse revenue, gross margin, product mix, customer profitability, and commercial performance. /liliPartner with Sales and Product Management to support pricing initiatives and margin enhancement programs. /liliDevelop business cases for new products, investments, and strategic initiatives. /liliBuild financial models and scenario analyses to support business decisions, growth opportunities, market expansion, and portfolio optimization. /liliSupport strategic projects, transformation initiatives, and performance improvement programs. /li /ulh3Sales Performance Incentive Management /h3ulliManage daily sales tracking and maintain clear visibility of actual performance against sales targets, forecast, and prior year. /liliProvide regular performance insights to Sales and Finance leadership, and work together with Operations to ensure clarity around in-month sales projections /liliOwn the quarterly calculation, validation, and submission of sales bonus payments in line with approved incentive plans and performance results. /liliServe as budget owner for commercial investments, operating expenses, and customer rebate programs, ensuring effective resource allocation, financial discipline, governance, and alignment with strategic business objectives. /liliSupport annual target setting and sales incentive plan modelling. /li /ulh3Process Improvement Automation /h3ulliDrive continuous improvement of forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes. /liliImprove reporting efficiency, data quality, and business visibility through automation and standardization. /liliPartner with the Commercial Excellence team to develop and enhance performance dashboards, providing actionable insights that drive commercial execution, accountability, and business performance. /liliPartner with cross-functional teams to simplify processes and enhance decision-making capabilities. /liliSupport adoption of digital tools and analytics solutions across the finance organization. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3h3Education Experience /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. /lili5-8+ years of progressive experience in FPA, Commercial Finance, Business Finance, or Financial Controlling. /liliFluency in English /liliExperience partnering with Sales, Commercial, or Operational leadership teams. /liliExperience working in a multinational and matrix environment. /liliExperience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes. /liliStrong communication and presentation skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership. /
