Engineering Lead | On-site
Are you an experienced Engineer with a passion for industrialization, production ramp-up, and building high-tech manufacturing facilities?
You will play a key role in the setup and scaling of a new production facility. This is a unique opportunity to be involved from day one in factory layout design, production line development, and the implementation of efficient manufacturing processes.
Your Challenge
As an Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing a new manufacturing environment and supporting the expansion of production capacity
- Designing and implementing production lines, factory layouts, and manufacturing flows
- Leading the industrialization of new products and processes
- Developing traceability and quality management systems
- Driving Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement programs
- Coordinating manufacturing engineering activities during the start-up and scaling phases
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrialization, or Production Engineering
- Proven experience in setting up a new factory or expanding manufacturing capacity
- Experience with factory layout design and production line development
- Strong knowledge of DFM, DFA, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, and process validation
- Experience with manufacturing equipment, tooling, test infrastructure, and traceability systems
- Strong project management and organizational skills
