Senior IT Project Manager

This role involves leading complex CRM transformation and integration projects as part of a multi-year digital transformation programme aimed at modernising IT and Data environments, improving business processes, and strengthening internal capabilities. /p h3Key

Responsibilities:
/h3 ul liLead Salesforce / CRM projects from initiation to deployment and operational handover. /li liManage scope, planning, budget, quality, risks, and dependencies. /li liCoordinate Salesforce specialists, IT/Data teams, business stakeholders, and external suppliers. /li liOversee CRM configuration, customisation, integration, and data migration activities. /li liEnsure alignment between CRM solutions, business processes, and enterprise architecture. /li liCoordinate testing, user acceptance, deployment, and transition to RUN. /li liManage dependencies with other applications, platforms, and digital transformation projects. /li liEnsure clear reporting, timely escalation, and compliance with programme governance. /li liAnticipate delivery issues and propose pragmatic corrective actions. /li /ul h3Profile

Requirements:
/h3 ul liMinimum 10 years of experience in IT project management. /li liMinimum 5 years of proven Salesforce / CRM project delivery experience. /li liSuccessful delivery of at least two significant Salesforce implementation, migration, or transformation projects. /li liStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, CRM processes, and integration challenges. /li liExperience managing multidisciplinary teams and external implementation partners. /li liProven experience in complex, multi-stakeholder, and matrix organisations. /li liStrong business and IT understanding. /li liPublic-sector experience is an asset. /li /ul pAs a consultant at Keystone Solutions, you will engage in dynamic projects that offer diverse challenges across various client environments.
