Our services stand for quality, precision and reliability. /ppFor more information about our company, please consult our website /ppJOB DESCRIPTION /pulliPlanning, coordination and supervision of research trials, team of technicians and operational activities /liliEnsuring team adherence to quality standards, biosafety, and safety rules /liliDrafting and keeping SOPs, WIs, and other operational templates and documents up to date /liliManaging operational resources /liliSupporting scientific projects /liliSupporting procurement of research specific materials /liliAll other tasks necessary to ensure the smooth running of research trials and floor operations /li /ulpCANDIDATE PROFILE /ppIdeal candidate would have the following competencies: /ppTECHNICAL /pulliDegree in Veterinary Medicine, Bioengineering, Biology or related fields /liliAt least 5 years of aquaculture experience /liliGeneral knowledge onshrimp biology,health, nutrition, RAS, microbiology /liliNumerical and scientific literacy /li /ulpMANAGERIAL /pulliProven people and project/process management skills /liliDriven and energetic team player /liliHighly motivatedand autonomous /liliStrong sense of responsibility and attention to detail /liliAbility to prioritise and solve problems /liliProfessional written and spoken English /liliAbility to develop and draft procedures and instructions /liliStrong analytical skills /li /ulpemGood to have: /em /pulliAdvanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft office tools, statistic program; /liliOdoo experience /liliAdditional languages /li /ulpWE OFFER /pulliAn attractive salary package proportional to performance and responsibilities /liliIntensive in-house training and coaching /liliA possibility of rapid career development /liliBeing part of an international team of aquaculture experts at a dynamic company /liliParticipating in exciting aquaculture research projects /li /ulpCandidate should be able to start in June/July /p
