ppOur client is an international financial services company with offices based around the world. For their Belgian headquarters, located in Brussels, we are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to join their team. /p h3Job Overview /h3 pAs the Cybersecurity Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the cybersecurity program of our client. You will lead a dedicated team and collaborate across departments to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information systems. Demonstrating strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices, and the ability to adapt to evolving threats, you will drive the implementation of Cybersecurity policy throughout the Belgian organisation. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with national and international business goals and regulatory requirements. /li liStay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies. /li liLead and mentor a team of 8 cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. /li liCoordinate training programs to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge. /li liConduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats and weaknesses within the organisation’s systems. /li liDevelop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans. /li liDevelop and maintain an incident response plan to address and contain cybersecurity incidents promptly. /li liLead investigations into security incidents and coordinate with relevant stakeholders. /li liDesign and implement robust security architectures for networks, systems, and applications. /li liEnsure the integration of security controls into technology solutions. /li liEnsure compliance with cybersecurity regulations, standards, and industry best practices. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity or Information Technology /li liProven experience in a cybersecurity management role. /li liRelevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar. /li liIn-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and technologies. /li liStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
