Enterprise Account Executive – Healthcare Logistics

Job Description Enterprise Account Executive – Healthcare Freight Forwarding at UPS Supply Chain Solutions (UPS SCS).

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage international healthcare customers together with the Enterprise Account Manager.

Build new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical, biotech, med‑tech, and clinical trial sectors.

Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and become a trusted partner to customers.

Understand complex customer requirements around GDP compliance, temperature control, visibility, and security.

Design and present tailored freight forwarding and healthcare logistics solutions.

Prepare proposals, RFQs, and commercial offers to win new business.

Grow and develop existing customer accounts across air, ocean, and road freight services.

Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and account plans through UPS systems.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.

Experience or genuine interest in freight forwarding, healthcare logistics, supply chain, or temperature‑controlled transportation.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Fluency in Dutch and English required; French a plus.

A proactive, self‑motivated approach with a passion for delivering results.

Flexibility to adapt to customer and business needs.
