Senior ERP Transformation Lead

pGreat assignments await you with our key account clients in rich and varied environments /ppOur client, a major public utility organization based in Brussels, is looking for a Senior IT Program Manager to lead a large-scale ERP transformation program. /ppThe consultant will be responsible for managing the transition from the current SAP ECC environment toward a future ERP solution, which is currently being assessed. The role covers the preparation and management of the European public procurement procedure, the selection of the ERP solution and implementation partner, and the subsequent execution of the transformation. /ppThe assignment also includes the management of other strategic business–IT projects, the implementation of test management standards, change management activities, and close coordination with business stakeholders, key users and the PMO. /pulliLocation: Brussels /liliWorking model: Hybrid, with at least three onsite days per week /liliLead the transformation of the existing SAP ECC environment toward a new ERP solution. /liliDefine, prepare and manage the European public procurement process for the selection of the future ERP software and implementation partner. /liliManage the ERP transformation program, including migration, transition and business process standardization. /liliCoordinate multiple strategic business–IT projects and ensure that key-user requirements are properly identified and integrated. /liliManage project scope, planning, resources, budget, risks, issues and dependencies. /liliEstablish a comprehensive test management approach based on the organization’s internal testing methodology. /liliOrganize change management activities in collaboration with business teams and the dedicated Change Management function. /liliEnsure appropriate communication, training and support for end users. /liliSupport the PMO with project status reporting, capacity planning, budget monitoring and schedule management. /liliEstablish an effective project governance structure and use tools such as Jira and TOPdesk for project tracking. /liliCoordinate stakeholders across business, IT, external suppliers and implementation partners. /liliEnsure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001 and NIS2 requirements throughout the assignment. /li /ulpYou have the following skills /pulliExtensive experience as a Senior IT Program Manager in large and complex organizations. /liliExpert-level experience in IT transformation and large-scale ERP programs. /liliDemonstrated experience transitioning from SAP ECC toward SAP S/4HANA or another modern ERP platform. /liliStrong experience managing complex ERP migrations, transitions and process-standardization initiatives. /liliProven experience defining and managing European public procurement procedures for the selection of ERP software and system integrators. /liliExpert knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. /liliGood functional and technical understanding of alternative ERP solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics or Odoo. /liliStrong experience in project and program management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile and Scrum. /liliExpert knowledge of PRINCE2 or equivalent project-management frameworks. /liliExperience establishing test strategies and test management processes. /liliStrong change-management experience within complex ERP transformation programs. /liliAdvanced knowledge of BPMN and business-process modelling. /liliExperience with Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint, Power Apps and Power Automate. /liliExperience with Jira, TOPdesk and structured PMO reporting. /liliExcellent stakeholder, supplier and governance management skills. /liliFull professional proficiency in French, Dutch and English. /liliYou have at least 12 years of professional experiences in IT /liliIf you are at least fluent in FR/ENG/ NL it’s best /liliYou’re eager to learn, motivated and curious /liliLet’s have a chat /li /ulh3Advantages /h3ulliHospitalization insurance (partner/children incl.) /liliGroup insurance /liliDental insurance (partner/children included) /lili20 days statutory paid vacations (legal vacations cumulated for 1 year of work) /lili11 days recovery time work 38/40 per year (= annual average: 1 day per 20 days worked) if the client asks you to work 8h/day /liliRepresentation fee net per month. /liliInternet fee of € 40 per month. /liliCompany car with national fuel card OR Public transport reimbursed OR mobility package. /liliDaily fee of 5.50€ net /day provided. /liliSubscription GSM unlimited calls for Belgium (ITS subscription) /liliTraining plan (e-learning
