As our operations move towards a similar level of risk control, we are looking for an HS professional with a strong auditing background who can conduct process-based audits across 40 sites located in Spain, England, The Netherlands, Belgium, and the U.
S. /ph3Your Role /h3pAs a Global Health Safety Auditor, you will be responsible for establishing and executing a global audit program across Bleckmann’s international operations. You will assess compliance with HS standards and procedures, support continuous improvement, and provide assurance on the effectiveness of risk controls throughout the organization. You will work closely with site leadership teams and key stakeholders while providing an independent view on Health Safety performance and compliance. /ph3Your responsibilities /h3h3Global Audit Program /h3ulliEstablish a global audit program /liliConduct on-site audits in accordance with the audit program /liliTrack and enforce the closure of findings with auditees /liliReport on overall assurance results to the Global HS Director /li /ulh3Audit Assurance /h3ulliConduct process-based audits across Bleckmann sites /liliAssess compliance with Health Safety standards and procedures /liliEvaluate the effectiveness of risk controls and management systems /liliProvide objective findings and improvement recommendations /li /ulh3Stakeholder Management /h3ulliWork closely with auditees and site management teams /liliSupport stakeholders in understanding audit outcomes /liliExplain how to take auditees along and motivate improvement /liliPromote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization /li /ulh3Your profile /h3ulliMust have Experience as an HS professional /liliExperience in auditing HS management systems /liliProfessional certification in the field of HS management /liliIRCA Certification as an ISO 45001 Lead Auditor /liliSound knowledge of Holnagel’s Safety II and Safety I philosophy /liliThorough understanding of Dekker’s Safety Differently /liliAbility to explain how to take auditees along and motivate improvement /liliWilling to travel 50% of the time /liliFluent in English /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliCertified coach /liliProficiency in the following languages: Dutch French Spanish /li /ulh3What
