Our client’s practice covers a broad range of EU Regulatory affairs, litigation and Commercial matters under the product stewardship umbrella, including:Navigating Market Authorisations and challengesR&D and clinical trialsMarketing, advertising and labelling complianceSupply chain managementThey act for a range of established international and emerging companies within Pharma, Biotech and Digital Healthcare sectors.
You will be a mid-level Belgian Qualified EU Regulatory lawyer with relevant experience gained from a leading Belgian or international law firm, or in-house legal role. A strong command of English is essential, together with fluency in either French or Dutch.
