ppEPAM is looking for a bSenior Technology Consultant (CPG) /b to join the Technology Consulting Practice of our Consumer and Services Business Unit in Brussels, Belgium. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead definition of digital transformation strategies converting business vision and KPIs into actionable enterprise and domain architectures /liliFacilitate collaborative client workshops to capture current-state, identify capability gaps and design future-state roadmaps /liliDefine target-state solutions and processes including capability mapping, enterprise architecture and modernization of legacy applications /liliAdvise on ERP modernization including platform fitment such as SAP within integrated landscapes and digital ecosystems /liliDesign enterprise integration strategies utilizing modern integration platforms and iPaaS solutions /liliAssess and optimize critical business workflows such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Supply Chain, Logistics and Digital Channel systems /liliGovern architectural decisions by documenting trade-offs, risks and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) /liliDevelop comprehensive multi-country transformation roadmaps aligning global templates with regional deployment strategies /liliPresent strategic recommendations and architectural blueprints to C-level and executive client stakeholders /liliSupport business growth through pre-sales activities including proposals, strategic roadmaps and high-level architecture contributions /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technology discipline or equivalent experience /liliExtensive experience in technology consulting or architecture roles within complex, multi-stakeholder environments /liliStrong domain knowledge within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or Retail sectors /liliDemonstrated capability in defining and delivering end-to-end digital transformation strategies /liliExpert knowledge of enterprise and domain architecture frameworks and patterns /liliDeep understanding of retail and CPG processes including OTC, PTP, supply chain and logistics workflows /liliBroad understanding of modern technology platforms including cloud architectures, data ecosystems and AI/GenAI capabilities /liliOutstanding communication and presentation skills leveraging storytelling to simplify complex technical concepts /liliProven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders including Directors, VPs and C-level executives /liliFull professional fluency in English, both spoken and written /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliProfessional proficiency in Dutch /liliHands-on experience with SAP platforms including SAP S/4HANA and ERP modernization /liliPractical knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) stacks /liliFamiliarity with enterprise integration platforms and iPaaS tools such as MuleSoft /liliExperience designing automation solutions or AI-enabled tiers within ERP-centric landscapes /liliExposure to EA governance frameworks such as TOGAF and experience managing blueprints or ADRs /liliDirect experience leading multi-region or global template rollouts for enterprise clients /li /ulh3We offer /h3ulli4 weeks of paid holidays /lili6 supplementary/compensation (paid) days (pro rata temporis) /liliPrivate healthcare insurance /liliGroup insurance /liliMeal vouchers /liliEco-vouchers /liliJoint Committee gross bonus /liliTransportation/bike allowance /company car /bike lease (if eligible) /liliIT equipment (laptop) /liliMobile subscription (no device) /liliLearning and development opportunities including in-house training and coaching, professional certifications, and courses /lili*All benefits and perks are subject to certain eligibility requirements /li /ul /p
