Founded by seasoned technology leaders across the UK, Europe, APAC, North America, and LATAM, and with registered offices in 30+ countries, we deliver exceptional service, scalable solutions, and measurable impact. /p /brpWith a portfolio of 200+ clients and millions of users across web and mobile platforms, we empower businesses to innovate, grow, and succeed. /p /brpJoin our team and be part of a dynamic, growth-oriented organization that values talent, creativity, and results. /p /brh3About the Role: /h3 /brpbLocation : /bBrussels Belgium Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite/week /p /brpbRole Type: /bEmploymentContract /p /brpbDescription /b: /p /brpWe are looking for a proficient IT Architect with a strong background in financial services. /p /brpThe ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands on architectural depth to help us shape the future of our Core Banking landscape, particularly in business lending, mortgages and daily banking product fullfilment and Servicing and in collateral administration services. /p /brpThis role combines strategic thinking with hands-on architecture leadership, driving the modernization roadmap while ensuring an optimal balance between business outcomes, operational stability, risk management, and technical debt reduction. /p /brpAs architect, you will be interacting with key stakeholders such as Tribe Leads and IT Area Leads, locally and internationally, to align on the target architecture, to facilitate decision making and to support the elaboration of an execution roadmap. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliAligns closely with senior architecture roles focused on translating business strategy into target-state architecture and roadmap execution. /li /brliDefine and drive the target architecture for Core Banking transformation, across multiple domains and delivery teams. /li /brliIdentify and facilitate key design decisions. Produce Architecture Decision Records (ADRs). /li /brliBalances transformation ambition with pragmatic delivery. /li /brliDefine transition states, migration patterns, and decommissioning strategies for legacy platforms. Support the creation of a multi-year roadmaps covering daily banking accounts, lending, collateral management in alignment with key stakeholders (Tribe, lead, Product Area Lead, IT Area Lead, Entreprise Architects). /li /brliCollaborate with engineering leads, business owners, and product teams to ensure feasibility and buy in. /li /brliEnsure alignment with enterprise guidelines, security standards, regulatory expectations, and global technology strategies. /li /brliEnsure architecture implementation remains aligned with agreed target designs while minimizing tactical debt.
