We are looking for a GenAI Engineer to strengthen our Artificial Intelligence team at Datashift. Your responsibilities As a GenAI Engineer, you will develop AI solutions to address specific business challenges with a focus on GenAI applications. You'll do this in collaboration with other domain experts to understand requirements and identify the data required to deliver the expected value. You will also actively contribute to proof of concepts to demonstrate expected business value of AI use cases. Other responsibilities includeMaintaining a scalable and efficient codebase for training, testing, and deploying Machine Learning models in production environmentsDeploying production ready ML pipelines in the cloudStaying up to date and experiment with new techniques and algorithms to improve model performance and accuracyWorking closely with software engineers and DevSecOps to successfully integrate your models into existing customer environmentsCapturing feedback from stakeholders on outcomes and iterate your solution to continuously improve valueCoaching junior team members and provide technical guidance and supportActing as tech-lead on a per-project basis Your qualificationsProven track record of successfully delivering multiple Machine Learning projects in productionDeep expertise in implementing, deploying and optimizing cloud-based AI solutions at scaleExperience in GenAI and its applicationsProficient in Python and software development practicesFamiliar with MLOps principlesExperience with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, ...) and ML frameworks (TensorFlow,PyTorch,...)Fluent in English and Dutch is a must Our offerA highly entrepreneurial teamA no-nonsense working environment with a focus on high qualityExcellent terms of employment (including company car, fuel card, meal vouchers & bonus)Fringe benefits including continuous training that builds and extends professional, technical and management skills in all areasThe opportunity to grow together with Datashift in terms of capabilities as well as financial benefits Interested Don't hesitate to apply via the link below
