- Leading and supporting employees on the slicing line.
- Setting up, monitoring, and adjusting production machines.
- Ensuring product quality and correct packaging.
- Solving minor machine issues and reporting technical problems.
- Monitoring compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety regulations.
- Following up on production targets and reporting results. We are looking for Meat Production Workers for a growing food company The company processes ham and packages it for various supermarket chains. The job is not physically demanding Early shift: 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m. Late shift: 1:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m. You get a half-hour break. What do

- Previous experience in a production environment is required, preferably within the food industry.
- Experience as a team leader, supervisor, or line leader is an advantage.
- You are detail-oriented and quality-focused.
- You are willing to work in a two-shift system.
- You have good communication and leadership skills.
- You will speak in English, Polish or Ukrainian with your colleagues
